I'm sorry, but this plugin only supports v8+ because it needs some of the functionalities from Grafana v8.

What do you mean by webaccess? If it is hosted somewhere, you can update the Grafana version there.
Here's a guide from Grafana on how to upgrade to version 10.4 https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/upgrade-guide/upgrade-v10.4/.
It might be easier to ask at https://community.grafana.com/, there might be an answer there already.
