Check list for changing simulations
- mesh size (sizes.f90)
- cosmological parameters (cosmoparms.f90)
- abundances (abundances.f90)
- SED parameters (sed_parameters.f90)
- grey opacity (c2ray_parameters.f90)
- boxsize (module nbody (nbody_XXXX.F90, e.g. nbody_cubep3m.F90)
- photon efficiencies (c2ray-parameters.f90)
- LLS model (c2ray_parameters.f90)
- clumping (c2ray-parameters.f90)
- should photons leaving the grid be put back? (c2ray-parameters.f90)
- input directories: density, sources (module nbody)
- output directory (file-admin.f90)
- RT grid resolutions in 'case' (module nbody (pmfast.F90, cubep3m.F90, LG.F90))
- check if density files have a header or not and fix code accordingly (mat_ini_*.f90)
- Check source list file name string for correct source lists (sourceprops_nnnn.F
90) 
- Check number of columns in the source lists and set ncolumns_srcfile 
   parameter accordingly (sourceprops_nnnn.F90) 
- do 'make clean' !!
