Forest Temple Elevator Stuck

All poe torches are lit. Went down at one point to get treasure chest. Didn't have Forest Boss Key yet, so had to leave. Can't remember if I left with warp song or soft reset as that was a few hours ago.

I ran into this too; a workaround that resolved it for me is to use the levitate cheat; the ceiling in the main room doesn't have collision so you can fly over the wall out of bounds and get to the lower area, and I was able to ride the elevator back up so the other player could go down it normally from there.

Whenever ran into that issue, I just used the debug menu to warp to the boss room. Debug menu is wonderful.
