Accounting for AWS Glacier complex pricing? #3

According to the matrix at http://gaul.org/object-store-comparison/, Glacier's egress is 9 cents/GB, but it doesn't account for the real rate, nor speed concerns. See http://aws.amazon.com/glacier/faqs/#How_will_I_be_charged_when_retrieving_large_amounts_of_data_from_Amazon_Glacier
