The pallet uses outdated versions of substrate dependencies (e.g. frame_support version 3.0.0, where current is 4.0.0). It also uses FRAME v2. I've already forked the repo and made these upgrades, also addressed some clippy findings. My fork is here. If there's interest, I can open a PR to review/merge the upgrade.
