No failure message, but no issues populated

Hello, looking forward to using this tool as I have a use case of 200+ issues to migrate.

Trying to test on the '6.csv'

I do not receive any failure messages, but the issues are not created in my repo. Perhaps related to the 'onAbuseLimit() is deprecated' message?
