Currently, when we go to register people for the following year, there's 2 places to go:

  1. manage > Participants - is where you go to register people who attended before, for the current year.
  2. manage > Registered Families - is where you go to create a whole new family

Neither of these places is obvious that that's where you go to do that. So need to

  • Add link to create whole new family on the "Manage participants" page so you don't have to go back thru the menus to see this.
  • change navigation menus / wording to make it more obvious that "Manage Participants" is where to go to register people. Or perhaps separate out the page to register participants from the page to only list individual participants, so we have a new page just for registration purposes, and the old participants page is just a CRUD list page.
