The minimum speed of auto-scroll (on middle click and move) is too high and uncomfortable for reading. I use this mode for reading long texts.
I made a demo video http://ubuntuone.com/4kjTMMoLHD094fkNiY9ES2 MP4 16,9 Mb (if you use Firefox, press save link as). Try to read when scrolling.

I noticed that without the extension (Chrome default), the minimum speed is normal, but the scrolling is choppy. So I have to use the extension. Please fix the minimum speed.

I noticed similar behavior is observed in other alternative autoscroll extensions. It seems this is a limitation of chrome. Why is this happening? What are the solutions can you offer?

In Chromium 33 autoscroll smooth by default, but minimum speed still too high :(

I'll look into it. Thanks for the tip about the new default in version 33.
