Requires a backend API to receive additions/changes to records. Should abstract from PICA, so better not use PICA Patch but HTTP Patch with a set of JSKOS occurences, each extended with a field such as "action"="add"/"remove".

Requires gbv/subjects-api#36 for testing and a more elaborated backend service to actually modify K10plus database.
