Alarm ring uncorrect when change time zone

Alarm plugin version 3.0.11

At 7h29, I seted alarm at 7h30 and in UTC+7, I kill app and move to setting device to change time zone to UTC+8, after 1 minute alarm ringed. But it 8h30 in UTC+8.

I'm not sure, i just test on android
