I mean from CLI.

The best clue I have so far is the file located at:
$HOME/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/Extensions/hfjbmagddngcpeloejdejnfgbamkjaeg/2.11.3_0/settings-template.json.

However, it doesn't seem to be the actual settings file in use. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
