功能描述 / Features

能不能加上章节已经阅读的百分比显示，有时候随手一点错章节就不知道自己已经看到哪里了，特别是同时看几本书的时候根本记不住

期望实现方式 / How to implement

就在目录后显示已经阅读的章节百分比，已经阅读过的章节灰色显示，没有阅读过的章节高亮显示
