Make ansible-container build actually build the task/web containers

Currently, I've kind of hacked together the stuff inside the prebuild/ directory to be able to build the task and web containers. I would rather let ansible-container build do all the building.

It was a little tricky the first time I tried to get it to work (not sure if that was due to accidentally using Ansible Container 0.9.1 which is kinda buggy, or something else), so I gave up and went with the prebuild solution for now.

The main issue is that the AWX installer is pretty environment-specific (and in some places seemingly redundant), and it assumes you're building on a bare VM/metal, not in a container build process, so there are some things that don't work too well (IMO) and needed refactoring. Plus there are a bunch of files that need to be copied out from the Ansible AWX project.
