Hi,
Sorry if these have already been requested.

  1. Is it possible to display the taxon rules on the Term details page? I usually go to QuickGo to see that and it would be nice to have it all here.
  2. is it possible to display the has_part relationships? A related issue is that in CC, if a child term is related to the parent term using has_part then the # of gene products for the parent term are not added up, which is misleading. For example-
    http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/term/GO:0070847
    http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/term/GO:0016592
Mediator complex has_part core mediator complex, and I feel it is misleading to not see the annotations mapped or added up.

Please let me know if I am not making sense.

Thanks,
Rama
