Obsoletion notice: GO:0045129 NAD-independent histone deacetylase activity (with replacement)

The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0045129 NAD-independent histone deacetylase activity. The reason for obsoletion is that this represents the same activity as GO:0004407 histone deacetylase activity (now renamed: GO:0004407 histone deacetylase activity, hydrolytic mechanism). There are 7 annotations: 1 ComplexPortal, 1 SGD, 5 FlyBase, see geneontology/go-annotation#5453
