Hi David and Kimberley!
I have another question...

So I have a protein complex consisting of 4 proteins: fxn1, isd11, nfs1 and isu1, 1:1 stochiometry.
The functions of some of these proteins can be separated, for instance, nfs1 has cysteine desulfurase activity, and fxn1 directly activates nfs1.

I made an 'annoton' for each of these molecular functions, and created a protein complex for the whole machinery. Is this how I should link them up?

Hi Antonia,

Do you know the function of the complex? Can you send the model identifier so that we can have a look?

I wanted to park this but I can't add labels...
It's the iron sulfur cluster assembly complex
