Bulk update noctua models to contain the correct default information (as if Minerva had been handling them all along). Likely just “maximal-causal-chain-length”

Depends on geneontology/go-shapes#272 and geneontology/minerva#448 first.

Possibly SPARQL with blazegraph-runner?
