The GO-CAM models I created at the beginning of the "Noctua-time" have "GO_Central" in the "assigned_by" (there wasn't "groups" at the time).
Could you please update the "GO_Central" group to "ZFIN" for all the model I created?
Thank you.

@balhoff I think we'll probably be getting a slow trickle of these from now until Noctua is decommissioned; it might be good to start thinking how to maintain this.

My main idea is to have an optional directory of queries/migrations that are fed to minerva when dumping the journal. From there, we could hopefully immediately dump the changes out again to the filesystem, check, commit, and start. Would you have any other ideas?

This issue is now creating errors in our GAF checks:
WARNING - Invalid identifier: GORULE:0000027: assigned_by is not present in groups reference (GO_Noctua)

Looking at our current GPAD (collation date: 2019-07-11), there are annotations with
“GO_ Noctua” (56 annotations), and with
“GO_Central” (2 annotations)
in the “assigned_by” which should be updated.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thank you!
