MJD date ranges and CSV files for ps1ysestack DB

Hi Ken, could we do MJD ranges instead of single MJDs for the week-long stacks, and serve the normal CSV files for good/possible candidates?

Haven't forgotten about this! This is a bit more involved because I need to dive into the FITS headers of the stacks and store the extra info somewhere.

hi Ken, following up with a semi-related issue - is the YSE stack database hooked up to TNS? Just wanted to make sure we understand the effect of sending things to good - I think we don't actually want to send these to TNS.

Jens was also asking if it was possible to enable forced photometry for the stack pages? Thanks for all your help.
