'confirmed' SN not reported to TNS ('good') #185

https://star.pst.qub.ac.uk/sne/ps1yse/psdb/candidate/1042226550250824500/ was ‘confirmed’ before being promoted to TNS, so does not have an AT ID. Any idea how to do this?
