Now that we have a new endpoint with version of VEP etc, it would be nice to add this information in the MAF header. That is include versions for:

Genome Nexus Server
Genome Nexus Seed Database
Genome Nexus Annotation Pipeline
VEP (Ensembl version + reference version)
