For Solr BTAA Aardvark CSV and Solr GBLv1 CSV import options, the application rejects any CSV with this error:

1 error prohibited this import from being saved
Csv file Missing a required CSV header. Title, Resource Class, Access Rights, and ID are required.

Clarification: Those headers are present in the uploaded CSVs. It also returns this error regardless of using "Title" or "dct_title_s"
