Resolve "Database is missing document" items in GEOMG DEV

There are many documents listed as missing in GEOMG. I am guessing this may have occurred when we did a batch copy of the PROD database a few months ago. There were a handful of docs in GEOMG DEV that did not exist in GEOMG PROD, so there are now "missing docs."

I might need some advice on how this happens and how to avoid it in the future.

I was able to use a backup CSV to re-upload metadata docs for the items that were "missing". Not an imminent problem, but maybe something to document.
