Is the problem with just that county?

i do not know. that is the mistake i get trying import full data

Looks like an issue with the unix process (process was killed by another program that monitors memory usage or something along those lines). Many hosting services will include a monitor like that to prevent runaway processes/programs from using up all of the shared resources on the server.
