Weekly Update - Duplicate events showing up

Noticed that some events show up as duplicates in the weekly update email
Determine why that is and fix it.

Events are added based on entities and keywords being followed - possibly they aren't being de-duped before adding to email.
This is in the section based on following only.

In this specific example, aaron is following techno, but nothing else that would link to this event.
But it's showing up three times in the summary. Odd.

Maybe there's a bug an exactly three users are following the term techno...that could be possible

Keeping this open for now, but I haven't been able to manually replicate this yet.
