Using this URL:

http://eoresults.esa.int/d/APEX_TEST/2020/03/01/europe_aggr-orgc_00-020_mean_100_202003-202210/europe_aggr-orgc_00-020_mean_100_202003-202210.tif

With min: 0 and max: 100 does not seem to load

Just for reference: It seems like the issue is that extra projections weren't being registered correctly, explicitly registering EPSG:3035 gets the layer to load.

This issue is now back, and it seems we try to download the full file which we definitely shouldn't do

Actually it does load, it's only that it takes ages to load it. We should maybe not depend on gdal WASM to get the bands information, since it doesn't use COG as far as I can tell, it requires the full file in memory. Let's track that in a separate issue.
