@mikebronner mind elaborating on what you were doing wrong? Perhaps we can improve the docs a bit.

@georgeboot When first setting up the API on a brand new AWS account, the screen wasn't very clear about the type of API I was creating, and ended uncreating the wrong one. When I tried creating another from the API listing page, it took me through a different creation wizard, and gave me clear choices as to the type of API to create. That fixed it for me.
