I've noticed that the video is not shown on mobile devices such as ipad, iphone, etc.
Could you help me?

Actually, on Iphones it works, just doesn't start automatically, but it's fine anyway.
The issue with Ipad still persists.

Video Backgrounds does NOT work on Apple Mobile Devices (ipad/iphone/etc). Just desktop. For further detail on this. Check this article http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12496144/can-you-autoplay-html5-videos-on-the-ipad

Sorry, but it DOES work.
I've changed plugin and now it's possible to view the video on both ipad and iphone.

I thought elibrumley was correct, enodiadesign if you have a fix have you tried doing a pull request? If it works i can merge the change.

I can't get it to work on chrome mobile (Android).
