Thank you, you made it a wonderful plugin. However, in my humble opinion, there are several directions for improvement:

  1. If a controlPosition parameter is set to null, then not worth to append anything anywhere. It's too much.
  2. A choice of css classes looks just terrible. Sorry. In my humble opinion, it is possible to set parameters for the default classes for the control panel and buttons, which the user can either override the css-file, or reassign to other classes independently if necessary.
