This issue is discuss development of aerosol handling within Cloud-J. @pratherUCI writes:

I have intentionally ignored development for the aerosol code until there was a reason to update. GEOS Chem should have updated aerosol tables that address rel hum, etc. We need someone who is interested in the aerosol simulations and I can work with them.

I will follow-up here with detailed information on how aerosols are handled for GEOS-Chem using Cloud-J. It is currently a bit clumsy for different LUT values depending on grid cell humidity. More information to come.
