layout state issue #171

How to reproduce:

open a graph
start a FA2 layout and don't stop it
go to any other tool/tab
go back to layout tool/tab
the layout is not running anymore in the state but it's actually still running in reality: there is no button to stop it anymore

Possible Solutions :

stop layout when opening new tool
get layout working but store its state in app state
....?
