[Feature Request] show pending payments

With NWC we can get in-progress payments in the transaction list, so that stuck payments don't "disappear"

This could be done without NWC by storing initiated payments locally and displaying recent ones which haven't clearly succeeded or failed. But it is not high priority at the moment.
