Support VPC endpoints with the HTTP client

Description

When you have API Gateway behind a VPC, requests to said API needs to go through a VPC endpoint - i.e. the request URL has to point to the VPC endpoint URL and the host header pointing to the actual API Gateway URL.

We can add support for this, e.g.
