Bug merge more senders into single one

Here are 3 examples of different senders which are under cel--- via ltp user:

• https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/ltp/patch/[email protected]/#3350536 (https://lore.kernel.org/ltp/[email protected]/ Samasth via ltp <[email protected]>)

Some of them have somehow wrongly set git send-email, because the have in ML ... via ltp <[email protected]> (any hint, what is wrongly set?), but at least [email protected] <[email protected]> should have correct setup.

Also, it'd be great if patchwork could recognise different name in ... via ltp <[email protected]>.
