When access to Share link and disappearing refresh button

We set up the Redash dashboard and embedded it in our internal site as a shared link. And our customer access to our internal site and use the dashboard through clicking the shared url. However the problem is that when user access the dashboard through clicking the shared link, the 're-fresh' button is disappeared. So is there any solution to maintain the 're-fresh' button?
We want that user can update the data for his or herself by clicking re-fresh button when they want.
