Add capacitor as Runtime (name and version)

The SDK should include runtime and version.

For example, Unity:

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!

@krystofwoldrich Capacitor runs on a webview and I believe the best runtime data that we could get is the browser itself that is running. Despite being a duplicated information from the Browser context, do you think this information is still relevant?
