getting < unknown op > in sentry debug logs

I was setting up Sentry for one of my projects in NodeJs. Though setting up Sentry was easy, when I enabled debugging in Sentry init, I encountered some new logs that I was not able to understand.

So, can anyone help me understand why I'm getting this or what the reason for it might be?

@prabalsnapmint sometimes the SDK is not able to identify the op, this is not an indication that anything is wrong. Over time we'll make improvements to the sentry sdk to make more ops known.
