Show SDK overhead (app size, startup time) in GH releases and Docs

Problem Statement

• The PR gets grouped with a bunch of other PR’s into a SDK Release.
• Some PR's don't have Performance.Metrics (e.g. it only updated the README, or there are failed GithubActions preventing Performance.Metrics from being computed)

Or maybe for whatever the "latest version" is here. I wouldn't embed it in plain-view in the documentation here, but maybe it should be available if they click the links for mavenio or "Repository on Github". Are these the same versions listed in the Github.Releases page?
