Update crates.io version

Could you please update the crates.io version of this crate? Looks like it hasn't been updated in 3 years.

I see you took care of dependency updates. If you can help fixing the CI, so that we know it works, we'd be happy to publish an update!

That PR was actually for collision-rs; this is genmesh. I don't think I've contributed to this library, it's just a dev dependency of collision-rs.

For fixing the CI, I'm guessing we'll need to switch to GitHub actions; both this library and collision-rs are still using Travis, which probably won't work anymore. I've never used GitHub actions before so I'm not really sure where to start with that, though.
