No need of "#" in HexColor class... #8

We are adding

HexColor('#ffffff')

in our code..

What's the need of "#" ?

There are over thousand sites + maximum sites which show hex colors just copies the code without "#"...

Also, all he's codes start with hashtag, so making it default to enter only hex code will be easy
