Removing the op_usm parameter from the image URL will unblock the image with your extension. This parameter is for sharpening the image. With or without the parameter, the image is still just an image. It seems like this might have been a mistake.
I checked other popular ad blocks and am not seeing this parameter being blocked.

Hi @kevinak941. Thank you for reporting. Would like to understand better what exactly is happening. Do you have an example of a website where this is happening or the image url directly?
From the behaviour it looks like Anti-Tracking is too eager in removing potential identifier from the url, but we need some examples to confirm that.

The interesting thing is that I can't reproduce it, on my computer I can see all the images. Nevertheless, I can see the tracker "Adobe Dynamic Media", but I also see that "Tracking not detected". Maybe there is something more here? Different geolocation or version of extension (or tracker base)?
Extension is blocking Adobe Scene7 image URLs that contain the "op_usm" URL parameter.
This is a common parameter used by Adobe Scene 7 as shown here:
