Support sending f13-f24

I'm trying to use f13, f14 as actions for as remaps, the same as I have setup for wezterm but ghostty doesn't seem to support it:

keybind = cmd+left=f13
keybind = cmd+right=f14

Wezterm:

Did you intend to close this?

Anyway, as far as I know it's not possible to encode F13–F24 using the legacy encoding, and hence those keys only work if the application supports the Kitty keyboard protocol. You'd probably be better off remapping it in those applications instead, but if you're very determined to map them in Ghostty itself try the following:

keybind = cmd+left=csi:57376u
keybind = cmd+right=csi:57377u

I did as I managed to do it with the following:

keybind = cmd+left=text:\x1b[25~
keybind = cmd+right=text:\x1b[26~
