What version of NDesk.Options do I need?

I wanted to make is so when dumping an item code, the program will dump the Items name above the code. My first step is getting the code to compile. I was able to get the other dependencies, but NDesk is complaining about not working with Framework 4, so I wanted to know which version did you use to compile this?
