Unlocking game achievements from CLI could save hassle, more work can be done on SAM.game/Manager.cs. Too bad I don't know CS, wish I could help on this.

SAM.Game.exe 730

opens CS:GO from the CLI but further interactions requires GUI
I would prefer executing like this format

SAM.Picker.exe 730 --unlockAll --commit

or

SAM.Picker.exe 730 --setValue <field> <value> --commit
