Not all of my games are showing

I just installed SAM to try and get some more hours in but I've ran into 2 problems. 1, only a handful of games that I actually have are showing up on the library and I have tried to generate some cache for games that aren't showing up by going to their store page etc., which hasn't worked. 2, when I try to manually add a game using its ID from steamDB, while the game shows up, and while I can click on it and steam says that i'm playing that game, none of the achievements for it are showing up and SAM tells me that that is probably because I dont have the game. Any help?

Could it be, that the servers are down?
All of my

over 600 Games wont show up.
Yesterday it worked fine, but since today only "Spacewar" is showing

I have the same problem. Only Spacewar is showing to me.
Something about steam must have changed. I've been using this program without a problem for years.
The only game that appears, can also give a hint of what it might be.

Because people apparently ignore my replies to this issue, I'm locking this issue until the server issues are over.
