API docs don't work #170

The API docs page has been broken for as long as I can remember

I did an AI-based cleanup this summer in #155, which seemed to render properly, but the actual docs page is still empty: https://geoserver-rest.readthedocs.io/en/latest/geo.html

I don't really know how to fix this, @iamtekson could you take a look at it sometime?
