[FEATURE REQUEST] - multi-library monitoring

While implementing "wife mode" I created a "wife all-shows" directory which contained all shows except for those within the directory of her favorite shows so that she doesn't have duplicated items due to not hiding the "all shows" library from her plex dashboard

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if we could have specific directories to watch for specific users, maybe even mulitple so that wife can have her account's "wife library" and "all shows except wife" library

maybe this can be part of the class restructuring overall milestone that I will henceforth create
