Red - success screen reload #35

After I setup my SFT, and confirm on Metamask the 'Successful Setup" screen shows, but if I reload while on this screen it takes me to a new SFT setup.

Change needed: If I reload the screen it should stay on the 'Successful Setup' screen please

Hey! It's almost there, when the page reloads, it jumps a bit and a remnant of the original 'connect metamask' screen is seen
