Subject: [PATCH] refactor: refactor changelog generation and commit message
 grouping

- Change the `changelog` generation implementation from `github` to `git`
- Update the regex patterns for commit message grouping
- Add new groups for `Refactor`, `Build process updates`, and `Documentation updates`
