Summary

This ticket has been raised to enhance PagerDuty Live by providing further details of an individual incident in a separate modal.
It should show similar information provided by incidents in the main UI such as alerts, notes, timeline, etc.

Customers have also requested the ability to see custom details on the alerts, which will require a separate implementation of react-table to provide this view.

NB - alerts table should also have additional actions to merge/unmerge alerts under this specific incident.
